Shipping Policy

yhfiitdx.com works with leading international shipping carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which in turn cooperate with local courier services. For this reason, we can deliver your package directly to your doorstep and are proud to offer a comprehensive delivery service.

Standard shipping costs $3.51.

Our delivery time is 10 to 20 days. A tracking number will be provided to you within 24 hours of your order; however, the exact delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and the relevant authorities.

Your payment will not be charged until your order and all payment data have been fully verified and approved prior to shipping – this process may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Delivery Process

We begin processing your order immediately after receiving it. Therefore, we cannot make any changes after the order is completed (including address changes). We only ship to the address you provided when placing your order. You will only be charged for the items actually shipped – plus applicable shipping costs and taxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We only ship on business days – not on Saturdays or public holidays.

On average, we need 1 to 2 business days to process your order. For certain items, processing may take longer – especially around holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items that are currently out of stock. Orders are shipped once stock availability has been confirmed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different days, as the logistics platforms of our manufacturing partners vary.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time – depending on the country or region – is between 10 and 20 business days. An exact delivery date cannot be provided or guaranteed.

Although we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, yhfiitdx.com cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control – such as necessary postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations, etc. These disruptions may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery time.

Customs, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and/or clearance fees, which are levied when the shipment arrives in the destination country. Responsibility for these fees lies solely with the recipient. yhfiitdx.com has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused by the recipient and returned to us, you are responsible for any import duties incurred as well as the return shipping costs.
Customs regulations vary significantly from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

yhfiitdx.com assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this to the relevant shipping carrier and/or file a claim with them.

Please note: When reviewing damage claims or return requests, we rely on the timestamp information from the tracking link and the delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier. If a report is not made within the required timeframe, we may not be able to honor your claim.

Note on Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct before completing the order. Since we process your order immediately after receiving it, changes to the order are unfortunately not possible after it has been placed.
If your order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it to change the delivery address.
